Day 01 

1) Pick up from Jkia/Nairobi hotel after breakfast.

Departure for Maasai Mara National Reserve.

World renowned Mara game reserve is home to big five; lions, elephants, black rhinos, buffalos, and leopards. Also plentiful of other plains game and birdlife.

Drive north west of Kenya’s capital Nairobi and on the edge of the scenic great rift valley, before progressing to the floor of the valley at Maai Mahiu.

Drive on past Narok town, the seat of the Narok regional governmeant.

Arrive @ your camp/lodge in time for lunch.

Distance: Approx. 240 Kms.

16:00 hrs – Begin the afternoon game viewing drive till 18:30 hrs.

Day 02 

– After breakfast, full day of game viewing inside the reserve with optional picnic lunch boxes. Break for lunch, then return to camp at about 16:00 hrs.

– Optionally, we could also decide to do an early morning drive at 06:30 hrs and return to camp for breakfast.

– Later do another drive in the evening at 16:00 hrs.

– Mid-morning, we could arrange for a cultural visit to a Maasai village at an extra cost. Then return to camp for lunch and embark on afternoon game drive at 16:00hrs

03) Day 03 

After breakfast, we embark on our return trip to Nairobi, exiting the reserve before 10 am at latest to avoid any additional charges by reserve authorities.

Arrive in Nairobi early afternoon and drop off at (Jomo Kenyatta Airport/Hotel).
